§ 8-30. Liability.
   Neither the owner nor occupant of the premises from which any junked motor vehicle, mobile home or other nuisance item shall be removed, or any department of the city, shall be liable for any loss or damage to such junked motor vehicle, mobile home or other nuisance item, while being removed or as a result of any subsequent sale or other disposition.
