§ 6-31. Adoption of the NFPA Fire Prevention Code (NFPA1).
   The 2000 Edition of the NFPA Fire Prevention Code (NFPA 1), a copy of which is to be kept on file and open to inspection by the public in the office of the clerk of the city, as may hereafter be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted and incorporated as if fully set out herein, and from the date on which this section shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the city limits.
