The Standards of Safety, as amended September 10, 2002, a copy of which is to be kept on file and open to inspection by the public in theoffice of the city clerk, and as hereafter may be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted and incorporated as if fully set forth herein, and from the date on which this section shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the city limits.
