§ 5-16. Removal of dangerous or unlawful vegetation or structure.
   (a)   If any trees, shrubs or bush or any structure situated on any lot in the cemetery shall, in the opinion of the cemetery committee, for any reason, become detrimental, dangerous, unsightly or inconvenient to adjacent lots, walks, or avenues, the cemetery committee shall have the right to cause the same or any part thereof to be removed.
   (b)   The board of commissioners reserves the right to cause the removal of any monument, tombstone or marker placed in the cemetery, contrary to the provisions of this chapter, and also to cause the removal of trees, shrubs or bushes located or placed contrary to this chapter or so as to interfere, in its discretion, with the proper use of the cemetery; also to regrade any graves which may be graded or raised contrary to the provisions of this chapter.
