§ 5-5. Fees.
   The fees for digging graves and other charges and expenses shall be fixed by order or resolution of the board of commissioners. All prices include the furnishing and placing of the cornerstones. All moneys collected for digging graves or for any other service rendered in the cemetery shall be paid to the city treasury; also, the income from all funds for special care of lots shall be paid into the city treasury.
