Sec. 4.5-19. Compliance with FCC regulations.

This chapter is intended to comply with FCC regulations to the extent required by federal law. If any section of this chapter becomes invalid or inapplicable because of changes in federal law or FCC regulations, then the cable operator shall comply with federal law or FCC regulations to the extent required, and the remaining sections of this chapter shall remain in full force and effect.
