Sec. 4.5-7. Timing of rate filing.
   Rate filings proposing and supporting rate increases must be filed for review at least thirty (30) days in advance of the proposed effective date of the increase for operators filing, under a quarterly system or making a cost-of-service showing and at least ninety (90) days in advance for operators filing under the annual system.
