§ 4-146. Adoption of the state plumbing code.
   The plumbing code promulgated by the state department of housing, building and construction, on file with the Legislative Research Commission in Frankfort, Kentucky, a copy of which is on file with the city clerk, is hereby adopted and made a part of this section to the same extent as if set out in full in this section.
