In addition to other authority vested in the "Board," the board is further charged the duty and is hereby vested with authority to act as an advisory body to the electrical inspector, with power to adopt such reasonable rules and regulations as may be necessary to cover administration of this article; and to render upon request, an interpretation of any provisions of this article. Any such rules, regulations, and interpretations shall be filed at the local district office of the Kentucky Utilities Company, Danville, Kentucky, and the Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation at its offices in Danville, Kentucky.
