§ 4-113. Revocation.
Any occupational license issued under this article shall be revoked if at any time the affidavit filed in connection with the application for the license is shown to be false, or if the licensee refuses or neglects to comply with the provisions of this article within a reasonable time after receiving written notice from the electrical inspector of any violation of his license. In addition, a penalty as provided in this article may be enforced. After a license has been revoked a new occupational license shall not be issued to the applicant until all violations previously committed have been corrected, unless the applicant is prevented from correcting them by inability to secure the consent of the owner of the property, or other causes beyond his control.
