§ 4-73. Nonliability of city for damages.
   This article shall not be construed to relieve from or lessen the responsibility of any person owning, operating, or installing any electrical wire, appliance, apparatus, construction or equipment for damages to anyone injured by any defect therein; nor shall the city or county, or any agent of the city or county, be held liable by reason of the inspection authorized in this article, or the certificate of inspection issued by the inspector.
