It shall be unlawful for any person to suffer or permit any cow, calf, horse, mare, colt, mule, sheep, goat, or other such stock of such person or under his control, to run at large within the city and/or to be housed, except in AR-1 zoning districts, on any single parcel of land less than two (2) acres.
