(A) Any person accused of any non-moving parking violation may elect to settle and compromise the violation prior to a hearing by payment of the pre-hearing disposition fines described herein. The Superintendent of Downtown Services may accept payment of the pre-hearing disposition fines.
(B) The amount of fines for pre-hearing dispositions shall be as follows:
(1) For violations of §§ 73.001, 73.002 or 73.032: $10 if paid within 72 hours of issuance of the ticket; $25 if paid after 72 hours but before the expiration of 10 days; $35 if paid after 10 days but before the expiration of 30 days; for a subsequent ticket issued on the same day for a violation of any of the sections described above, $25 if paid within 72 hours of issuance of said subsequent ticket or $35 if paid after 72 hours but before the expiration of 30 days.
(2) For violations of § 73.003, except § 73.003(G), §§ 73.004 through 73.020, inclusive except for §§ 73.005 and 73.007, §§ 73.022 through 73.025, inclusive, or § 73.030: $10 if paid within 10 days from the date of issuance of the ticket; $25 if paid after 10 days but before the expiration of 30 days.
(C) Any person who violates § 73.027 shall be issued a parking ticket and fined $250, or such other fine amount as may be indicated by the posted sign for such space.
(D) Any person who violates § 73.026 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $1,000. In addition to any fine imposed herein, the offender shall be ordered to pay restitution in an amount not to exceed the actual loss or damage to the property and pecuniary loss.
(E) Any person who is a participant in the Intergovernmental Agreement between Vermillion County and the City of Danville concerning leased parking spaces who violates the terms of said Agreement shall be subject to a fine of $25.
(F) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is specifically provided for in this section shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $1,000.
(G) In addition to any fine and/or restitution imposed pursuant to this section, the offender shall be ordered to pay all of the costs and fees incurred by the City in prosecuting the violation, which shall include but not be limited to the costs associated with an administrative adjudication proceeding or court proceeding, and reasonable attorney's fees.
