(A) Any vehicle which is parked in any non-leased parking space regulated by this chapter for a period in excess of 24 hours shall be considered as parked in a prohibited place and in violation of this chapter.
(B) When any unauthorized vehicle is parked in any parking space reserved or otherwise specifically designated by the City as not available to the general public for parking it shall be considered as parked in a prohibited place and in violation of this chapter.
