§ 73.030 PARKING ON HOUSING AUTHORITY LOTS.
   (A)   The Danville Housing Authority is hereby granted the right and privilege to control parking on parking lots located within the boundaries of any property which it owns or controls. Such control shall be exercised by reasonable rules established by ordinance duly adopted by the housing authority board, and shall provide for permits for reserved parking in specified spaces on each such parking lot for residents, with appropriate spaces allocated for guests of residents and employees of the housing authority.
   (B)   Such ordinance controlling such parking and in effect from time to time shall be deemed to have the same force and effect with respect to such parking lots as if the same ordinance had been duly adopted by the City Council, and shall be enforced by the Danville Police Department. All fines, costs, and fees collected pursuant to this section shall be the property of the City.
