§ 73.007 NO PARKING AREAS.
   (A)   No person shall park a vehicle adjacent to curbs or in other places where signs or yellow paint upon the pavement or curbs prohibit parking.
   (B)   Parking shall be prohibited at those places described in Chapter 77, Schedule V.
