130.99 Penalty
(A) A person is guilty of simple assault if, having the present ability to do so, he or she unlawfully attempts to cause bodily injury to another.
(B) A person is guilty of battery if he or she intentionally, knowingly or recklessly causes bodily injury to another person by use of physical force.

A person is guilty of property destruction and defacement if he or she knowingly defaces, injures or destroys property of another without the owner’s consent.

A person commits breach of the peace if he or she disturbs the peace of a community or its inhabitants by unreasonably loud noise or music or by using threatening, abusive or obscene language or violent actions with knowledge or probable cause to believe he or she will disturb the peace.
