§ 130.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   Any person who violates any provisions of §§ 130.01 through 130.03 shall be subject to a penalty of up to $750 per day. Each day in which the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

      (2)   Pursuant to § 130.02, property destruction and defacement is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $750, or both, if the cost of restoring injured property or the value of the property if destroyed is less than $1,000.
