Any saloon keeper, hotel keeper or proprietor of any public place within the limits of this town who shall permit or allow any boisterous or disorderly conduct in his or her place of business, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50 for each offense.
