§ 130.05 COLLECTION IN TOWNS.
   All persons who shall collect in crowds in this town for any unlawful purpose, or for any purpose to the annoyance or disturbance of the citizens or travelers therein, shall, upon conviction thereof, be severally fined in any sum not exceeding $25.
