§ 131.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AIR-POWERED ARM. Any instrument which utilizes compressed air to propel a projectile, including “BB guns” and “pellet guns,” but excluding water guns. Water by itself shall not be considered a projectile for purposes of this section. Water in balloons or other containers shall be considered a projectile.
   FIREARMS. Any instrument used in the propulsion of a projectile by the action of gunpowder within it.

§ 131.02 FIREARMS.
   It is unlawful for any person to fire or discharge any firearm within the jurisdictional limits of the town.
