If any person shall annoy or disturb any congregation or assembly in this town gathered together for religious worship by making noise, or by rude, profane or indecent language or behavior, within the place of worship, or so near the same as to annoy or disturb said congregation, every such person shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not less than $1 nor more than $50 for each offense.
