No threatening, abusive, insulting or indecent language shall be allowed in any part of such park, public playground, bathing beach, public bath or airport; nor shall any conduct be permitted whereby a breach of the peace may be occasioned; nor shall any person tell fortunes; nor shall any person play any game of chance at or with any table or instrument of gambling; nor shall any person commit any obscene or indecent act therein. Sales of Illinois State Lottery tickets made pursuant to the Lottery Act, PA. 78-20, effective July 1, 1974, as amended, at O'Hare International Airport are hereby expressly authorized.

No person shall post or otherwise affix any bills, notice or other paper upon any structure or thing within any park, public playground, bathing beach, public bath or airport belonging to the city, nor upon any of the gates or inclosures thereof. During the term of any concession and lease agreement between the City of Chicago and a private operator with respect to Chicago Midway Airport, the matters set forth in this Section, as they apply to Chicago Midway Airport, shall be governed by the concession and lease agreement in effect with respect to Chicago Midway Airport and this section shall not be applicable with respect to Chicago Midway Airport during that time.

No person shall be allowed to play ball or other games likely to injure the grass, lawn, turf or shrubbery, in any of the city parks, except in such places as may be provided for that purpose.
Nor shall any person cut, break or in any way injure or deface trees, shrubs, plants, turf or any of the buildings, fences, bridges or other construction or property contained therein.

No intoxicated person shall enter, be or remain in any public park, playground or bathing beach, nor, subject to the exceptions provided in Section 4-60-073 of this Code, shall any person bring into, sell, give away or drink any intoxicating liquors in any public park, playground or bathing beach.

No person shall be or remain in any public park, playground or bathing beach which is fenced in or provided with gates, between the closing of the gates at night and their reopening on the following day; nor shall any person be or remain in any public park, playground or bathing beach not fenced in or provided with gates between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on the following day.

No person shall be in or remain on any part of any public school or public school playground area fenced in or provided with gates, between the closing of the gates at night and their reopening on the following day; nor shall any person be in or remain on property on which a public school is located or public school playground not fenced in or provided with gates between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on the following day unless written authorization is granted by the general superintendent of schools. The board of education of the City of Chicago shall place, maintain and display written notice that the presence of any person is forbidden in accordance with this section.
