1141.10 R-MHP MOBILE HOME PARK DISTRICT.
   (EDITOR’S NOTE: Former Section 1141.10 was repealed by Ordinance 1991-7, passed April 2, 1991.)
1141.11 RESIDENTIAL, OFFICE AND LIMITED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.
   (a)   The following uses shall be permitted uses pursuant to Section 1141.11 of the Ordinances of the City:
      (1)   Residential Dwelling Units - single and multi-family not to exceed four dwelling units per structure.
      (2)   Professional Office(s).
      (3)   Fraternal Lodges and Private Clubs.
      (4)   Funeral Homes and Mortuaries.
      (5)   Bed and Breakfast businesses.
      (6)   Artisan studies such as photography and art galleries.
      (7)   Banks or other financial institutions without drive thru facilities.
      (8)   Cafes, bars and restaurants without drive thru facilities.
      (9)   Medical clinics and related facilities.
      (10)   Retail stores.
      (11)   Personal service establishments.
NOTE 1:   No use permitted above shall exceed more than 4,000 square feet except for the uses described in subsection (a)(1) above which shall not exceed more than 6,000 square feet, and subsection (a)(9) above which shall not exceed 12,000 square feet.
NOTE 2:   The uses delineated in subsections (a)(7) to (11) above shall be permitted on lots in excess of three (3) acres.
