Where the B-1 District is within the area of jurisdiction of the D-Design Area or Historical Preservation Area, no building or structure shall be constructed, enlarged, converted, structurally altered or reconstructed, nor shall any building or structure be moved onto any lot within the D-Design Area or Historical Preservation Area except as provided in Chapter 1129.

3/ For Single Family Residential Structures the following yard requirements shall apply; Front - 30', One Side - 10', Both Sides - 25', Rear 30'.
4/ For Multi-Family and Non-Single Family Residential Structures the following yard requirements shall apply:
A.   A minimum of seventy-five percent (75%) of the front wall of commercial/retail buildings shall be built to the edge of the right of way (minimum and maximum front yard/setback = 0 feet).
B.   Averaging may be required for Setbacks: When the two (2) immediately adjoining properties contain existing buildings, then the front setback shall not differ by more than ten percent (10%) from the front yard setbacks existing on either one (1) of the two (2) properties immediately adjoining the subject property. Notwithstanding the above no front yard setback shall exceed twenty feet (20').

1141.18 RETAIL SALES OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   Retail sales of alcoholic beverages, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4301.01, are hereby prohibited in all zoning districts. (Ord. 1987-31. Passed 12-15-87.)
