(A) The following historic overlay districts are hereby established and created:
(1) Logtown Neighborhood Historic Overlay District, as shown on the map (as attached to Ord. 05-002, passed 2-22-05 and adopted by reference) and which consists of the properties at the following addresses:

(B) For any and all other properties not included in one of the foregoing neighborhoods, designation as a historic property or expansion of a historic district shall not become effective without the affected property owner’s permission, and until recommended by the Commission, the Planning, and officially approved by City Council.
(C) A list of all properties designated by City Council as under the jurisdiction of the Commission pursuant to the terms of this chapter shall be maintained by the Building Official.
