§ 158.060 JURISDICTION.
   The jurisdiction of the Commission to review proposed alterations to the exterior of buildings, new construction, and demolition shall be the following:
   (A)   Properties within the zoning authority of the city which have been designated as historic properties by the City Council upon the recommendation of the Commission.
   (B)   Areas or groups of areas within the zoning authority of the city which have been designated a historic district by the city upon the recommendation of the Commission.
   (C)   Areas or groups of areas within the zoning authority of the city which have been as identified and established on the Historic Overlay District pursuant to Chapter 157 of the City of Camden Code of Ordinances.
   (D)   Notwithstanding the foregoing insofar as publicly owned properties are concerned, the jurisdiction of the Commission shall be limited to structures and shall not include publicly owned areas or landscapes or recreational equipment. The city will seek the advice of the Commission which will act in an advisory role regarding recreational equipment.
