There is created the position of City Administrator for the City. The rights, duties and obligations, including the manner of appointment and removal, of the City Administrator shall be fixed by resolution of the City Council, a copy of which shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk. The City Clerk and the City Administrator may be one and the same person or may be two (2) separate persons as appointed by the Mayor and Council. (Ord. 1100, 11-17-1997)
