ADOPTING ORDINANCE

ORDINANCE NO. 963

AN ORDINANCE FOR REVISING CODIFYING AND COMPILING THE GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BURLEY, IDAHO, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLEY, IDAHO.

   Section 1. All ordinances of a general and permanent nature of the City of Burley are hereby revised, codified, and complied pursuant to law under the name of the BURLEY CODE.

   Section 2. An emergency existing, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage approval by the Mayor and publication.
