CHAPTER 913
Water Regulations and Rates
   EDITOR'S NOTE: Ohio R. C. 743.02 provides that the Director of Public Service may make such bylaws and regulations as he deems necessary for the safe, economical and efficient management and protection of the City water system. Such bylaws and regulations shall have the same validity as ordinances when not repugnant thereto or to the Constitution or laws of the State of Ohio.
   The City of Cleveland assesses and collects all water rents for water supplied to all premises within the City.
   Ordinance 2452-1964, passed October 6, 1964, provides a tap-in charge for premises benefited by the water main in Hummel Road.
913.01   Connection permit required.
913.02   Hydrant use; permit and damage; fee.
913.03   Obstructing or damaging water fixtures.
913.04   Unauthorized interference or connections.
913.05   Water sprinkling ban.
