Sec. 5-8. Vehicles.
No person shall drive any vehicle in any cemetery, except on driveways or roadways provided for that purpose. Violation of this ordinance is a misdemeanor as set forth in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-4.

Sec. 5-9. Sale of merchandise or food.
It shall be unlawful for a person to sell or offer for sale any article of merchandise or any fruit, drink or beverage or any other thing of value within the limits of any cemetery in the city. Violation of this ordinance is a misdemeanor as set forth in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-4.

Sec. 5-10. Disturbing graves or injuring or removing cemetery property.
(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to:
(1) Destroy, mutilate, deface, injure or remove any of the following:
a. Tomb, monument, gravestone or other structure or thing placed in any cemetery in the city;
b. Fence, railing or other structure or thing placed in any cemetery; or
c. Fence, railing or other work for the protection or ornamentation of any tomb, monument, gravestone or other structure or for the ornamentation or protection of any cemetery;
(2) Willfully destroy, cut, break, remove or injure any tree, flower, shrub or plant planted or growing in any cemetery; or
(3) Commit any other depredation within the limits of any cemetery.
(b) Violation of this ordinance is a misdemeanor as set forth in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-4.
