§ 95.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE. The meaning set forth in I.C. 7.1-1-3-5.
   PARKING LOT. Any paved or unpaved area which has been officially designed and marked for the parking of automobiles.
   ROADWAY. The portion of a street or highway improved, designed, or ordinarily used for vehicular traffic.
   STREET or HIGHWAY. The entire width between the boundary lines of every way publicly maintained when any part thereof is open to the use of the public, as a matter of right, for purposes for vehicular traffic. The term includes an ALLEY.

§ 95.02 HOURS PARK TO BE OPEN.
   All public parks located in the town owned by the town, shall be closed to the public from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. or as otherwise directed by the Town Council.
