§ 95.04 CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PROHIBITED IN ALL TOWN PARKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person of any age to consume alcoholic beverages upon any parking lot, street, or roadway located within the boundaries of all parks owned and operated by the town, whether or not the person is present within any vehicle or in or on any type of conveyance, and within the boundaries of any town park.
