§ 32.030 ESTABLISHMENT.
   The Park Board, as re-established in 1988, shall be composed of four members and a member of the Board of School Trustees as ex-officio member. The President of the Town Council shall select the four regular members on the basis of their interest and knowledge of park and recreation but not more than two member shall be of the same political party. The ex-officio member shall be selected by the Board of School Trustees.
