No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic, or to avoid conflict with law or the direction of a police officer or traffic-control device, in any of the following places:
(A) On a sidewalk;
(B) In front of a public or private driveway;
(C) Within an intersection;
(D) Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant;
(E) On a crosswalk;
(F) Within 25 feet of a crosswalk at an intersection;
(G) Within 30 feet upon the approach to any flashing beacon, stop sign, or traffic-control signal located at the side of a roadway;
(H) Between a safety zone and the adjacent curb or within 30 feet of points on the curb immediately opposite the ends of a safety zone, unless the traffic authority indicates a different length by signs or markings;
(I) Within 50 feet of the nearest rail of a railroad crossing;
(J) Within 20 feet of the driveway entrance to any fire station, and on the side of a street opposite the entrance to any fire station within 75 feet of such entrance, when properly sign posted;
(K) Alongside or opposite any street excavation or construction when such stopping, standing, or parking would obstruct traffic;
(L) On the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of a street;
(M) Upon any bridge or other elevated structure upon a street or within a street tunnel;
(N)
At any place where official signs prohibit stopping or parking;
(O) On any terrace of the town; or
(P) No vehicle shall be permitted to park for more than two hours from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, together with no parking from 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., on the following designated streets:
(1) Michigan Street from Smith Street to West Williams Street; and
(2) Walnut Street from Maple Street to First Street.
(Q) No vehicle shall be permitted to park on Walnut Street from Maple Street to First Street.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in a parking lot owned by the town for more than 72 consecutive hours.
(B) Signs showing the time limit in said blocks shall be erected before this section shall have effect.

The Town Council is hereby authorized to cause the erection of signs indicating no parking upon any street when the width of the roadway does not exceed 19 feet, or upon one side of the street if indicated by said signs when the width of the roadway does not exceed 30 feet. When official signs prohibiting parking are erected on narrow streets as authorized herein, no person shall park a vehicle upon any such street in violation of such sign.

(A) No person shall park a vehicle within an alley except temporarily for the purpose of loading and unloading, and only in such manner or under conditions as to leave available not less than ten feet of the width of the roadway for the free movement of vehicular traffic. No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle within an alley in such position as to block the driveway entrance to any abutting property.
(B) No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle upon or within any way through any park unless expressly permitted by special resolution of the Town Council and said way, on which parking is permitted, is clearly marked therefor by official signs.
(C) No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle or any part thereof on any private property without the express permission of the owner or person in charge.

(A) The Town Council is hereby authorized to erect signs indicating no parking upon that side of any street adjacent to any school property when such parking would, in the opinion of the Town Council, interfere with traffic or create a hazardous situation.
(B) When official signs are erected indicating no parking upon that side of the street adjacent to any school property, no person shall park a vehicle in any such designated place.

(A) No person shall park or leave standing any truck of greater weight than one ton rated load capacity on any street located within the corporate limits of the town.
(B) Trucks over such weight may be parked on the town streets while loading or unloading cargo.
