§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be termed a Class C infraction.

   (B)   Any person violating §§ 95.02, 95.04, or 95.05 shall be subject to the schedule of fines in Chapter 36, Appendix A.
