It shall be unlawful for any person of any age who is present upon any parking lot, street, or roadway located within the boundaries of any town park, or within any park of the town, whether or not the person is present within any vehicle or in or on any type of conveyance, to have in his or her possession any container of any kind containing any alcoholic beverage upon which the seal on the opening has been broken.
