§ 42-187. VEHICLE APPROACHING OR ENTERING INTERSECTION.
   (A)   When two vehicles enter or approach an uncontrolled intersection from different highways at approximately the same time, the driver of the vehicle on the left shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on the right as otherwise stated in this article; however, the driver of a vehicle on a street which is not a state or federal highway approaching an intersection with a state or federal highway shall stop and yield the right-of-way to a vehicle which has entered the intersection or which is so close thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard.
   (B)   The right-of-way rule declared in subsection (A) above of this section is modified at through highways as otherwise stated in this article.
