ELECTRIC FRANCHISE
The word
CITY, as hereinafter used, shall mean and designate the City of Alva, Woods County, Oklahoma, and the word COMPANY, as hereinafter used, shall mean and designate the Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the state, and its successors and assigns.
