(A) The Bear Canyon Arroyo Corridor Plan, attached to Resolution No. 100-1991 is hereby adopted as a Rank 3 Plan. All management, operations, and improvement activities within the corridor and the adjacent design overlay zone shall be guided by this plan.
(B) The Design Overlay Zone, which includes all properties abutting the corridor is hereby mapped as an amendment to the city of Albuquerque Zone Map.
