The City hereby repeals Article 10: Overlay Zones, including the Historic Overlay Zones resolutions (§ 1-10-1 through § 1-10-3), the Design Overlay Zones (§ 1-10-20 through § 1-10-23), and the Airport Overlay Zone resolutions (§ 1-10-30), whose regulatory purpose has been replaced by the Integrated Development Ordinance via Council Bill O-17-49 (Enactment No. 2017-025), approved 11-13-17.
