§ 1-9-14 PURCHASE OF LAND BETWEEN SAN PEDRO AND LOUISIANA BLVDS.

The Council approves the Land Purchase Option Agreement with the Beverly Wood Associates attached to Resolution 133-1982 for the immediate purchase from Beverly Wood Associates of 2.509 acres of land, which land is located to the south of I-40, between San Pedro Boulevard and Louisiana Boulevard.
