The Council approves:
(A) The land purchase agreement with the University of New Mexico attached to Resolution 105-1982 for the immediate purchase from the University of New Mexico of 2.639 acres of land, an option to purchase 3.361 acres by July 31, 2012, and an option to purchase 6.224 acres by July 31, 1984. The entire tract of land is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Louisiana Boulevard and Constitution Avenue, N.E., with the 2.639 acres located in the easterly portion of the tract, the 3.361 acres in the middle of the tract, and the 6.224 acres in the westerly portion of the tract; and
(B) The related 30-year lease agreement for the aforesaid 3.361 acres, which agreement is attached to Resolution 105-1982 and made a part hereof.
