(A) The donation to the New Mexico State Highway Department of approximately 2.670 acres of real property owned by the city and located along Gibson Boulevard, all as more fully described in Exhibit “A,” which is made a part of this section by reference, is determined to be in the best interests of the city and is hereby approved.
(B) The Mayor and/or the Chief Administrative Officer are/is hereby authorized to execute all documents relating said donation.
