(A) Exchange of portions of Nanzano Mesa Park, Hoover-Baker Park and Matheson Park for John Marshall School.
(1) The property known as portions of Nanzano Mesa Park, Hoover-Baker Park and Matheson Park further described in Exhibits “A,” “B,” and “C” is declared surplus. Such exhibits are made a part of this section by reference.
(2) The land described in (A) above shall be exchanged for property owned by the Albuquerque Public Schools known as John Marshall School further described in Exhibit “D.” Such exhibit is made a part of this section by reference.

(B) Exchange of Campus Dam for Riverview Elementary School.
(1) The property known as Campus Dam, as further described in Exhibit “A,” is declared surplus. Exhibit “A” is made a part of this section by reference.
(2) The property described in division (A) above shall be exchanged for the Riverview Elementary School property owned by the Albuquerque Public Schools as further described in Exhibit “B.” Exhibit “B” is made a part of this section by reference.
