§ 1-9-5 EXERCISE OF EMINENT DOMAIN TO CONDEMN EASEMENTS NEEDED TO CONSTRUCT A WATER LINE IN THE VALLEY GARDENS SOUTH ADDITION.
   The City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to file in the District Court of Bernalillo County, an action in eminent domain condemning the easements needed for the installation of the water line in the Valley Gardens South Addition.
