(A) The city shall purchase the northern portion of the Navajo Freight Yard site, bounded on the north by Mountain Road, on the south by the proposed Old Town Parking Lot, and between 19th Street and the east property line of Old Town Shops along San Felipe Street, N.W. as the site for the new Museum of Albuquerque.
(B) The cost of design and construction of the Museum is to be included in the Capital Improvement Program to be submitted to the voters in October, 1975.
