(A) The Tijeras Urban Renewal Plan adopted on November 3, 1969 is hereby amended by designating a disposition parcel to be known as “Disposition Parcel No. 10-C” the description and location of which is adopted by reference.
(B) Disposition Parcel No. 10-C, as herein provided for, shall be subject to the restrictions of the Tijeras Urban Renewal Plan titled “General District” rather than restricted to public use as heretofore provided.
