The City hereby repeals the existing Rank 3 Sector Development Plans as regulatory documents whose purposes are replaced by the Integrated Development Ordinance, whose regulatory content has been updated, incorporated into, and replaced by the Integrated Development Ordinance, Ord. 14-16, via Council Bill O-17-49 (Enactment No. 2017-025), approved 11-13-17, and whose policy content has been updated, incorporated into and replaced by the 2017 ABC Comp Plan via Council Bill R-16-108 (Enactment No. R-2017-026), approved 4-7-17. The Code of Resolutions Land Use – Article 7: Sector Development and Community Development Plans is hereby repealed.
