§ 6-7-21 DESIGNATING ALBUQUERQUE AS A "PURPLE HEART CITY".
   The City of Albuquerque is hereby designated to be a "Purple Heart City" in recognition of the sacrifices and courage of Purple Heart recipients, and to honor the service and sacrifice of our nation's men and women in uniform wounded or killed by the enemy while serving to protect the freedoms enjoyed by all Americans.
